The Alpine Club, the world’s first mountaineering club, was founded in 1857. For over 150 years, members have been at the leading edge of worldwide mountaineering development and exploration.

To wrap up our 2024/5 Peak District Winter Lecture Series, we have Mick Fowler joining us to talk about his near 40 year career climbing with Victor Saunders, culminating in their first ascent of Yawash Sar in 2024.

All are welcome to attend and the talk is free for AC members on production of your AC membership card and students on production of a valid NUS card. Tickets can be purchased here and AC members can book for free using the usual voucher code.
