This was a joint meet with the Eagle Ski Club.

Several people arrived in Langton Matravers early, turning up on Thursday.  As usual, Acton Field Campsite was very relaxed.  The fine weather led to a variety of activities.  The Morrison family, including their two small children, kayaked out to Old Harry Rocks, while others completed long coastal walks, rock climbed at Portland and Dancing Ledge, or enjoyed the Jazz Festival in Swanage.  Most other people arrive during the evening.  Once again, Saturday was sunny, but with a strong wind.  A of group went rock climbing nearby  Others went walking locally, while a group travelled to Lulworth, with most swimming for an hour, by Durdle Door, before a walk across the ranges.  A very sociable BBQ was held during the evening, with cars and windbreaks mitigating the strong wind.  By morning, low cloud and heavy rain had set in.  After a leisurely breakfast, everybody admitted defeat and departed for home.
