The letter grading e.g. AD, F is the winter alpine grade, (mainly for the ascent). The “S” grade is ski grade, (mainly for the descent) from the Labande system.
S1 = roads, S2 = gentle slope, S3 = broad slope up to 35º
S4 = up to 45º or 35º/40º for narrow sections, S5 = up to 55º, less if exposed.
There are no S6 or S7 descents in the list. The one S5 is avoidable by abseilling
