This is a list of over 120 rock routes which can be classified as “fun”. This means they are not harder than grade F5, mostly bolted, (and therefore easy to abseil off), at least three pitches long, no more than one hour’s walk from the car and not more than 1.5 hours drive from the Chamonix valley. (There are exceptions to these rules!) Where a discrete pull on a bolt can reduce the grade back to F5, the new grade is given in brackets as the obligatory grade. “Trad pro” means the route is not fully bolted, so friends, nuts etc should be carried.
