Double Bill - Jim Gregson: The Rapidly Changing Arctic; followed by a discussion on Climate Change
This is a double bill with Jim Gregson presenting his slideshow of numerous expeditions to Greenland 1991-2018, including his latest to North Liverpool Land in 2018, which highlights changes to the Arctic as a result of climate change; followed by a discussion on the effect of climate change in mountain regions, and initiatives being considered by the AC’s new Green Group, the Environment and Sustainability Panel.
