The Alpine Club, the world’s first mountaineering club, was founded in 1857.  For over 150 years, members have been at the leading edge of worldwide mountaineering development and exploration.

 Rafal will give an account of last year's highly successful AC expedition to the Quilcayhuanca and Ishinca Valleys in the Cordillera Blanca where team members climbed seven of the classic mountains; including two distinct routes on the much prized 6,035m Tocllaraju.
